Plastic wrap! Works great, tape it on with medical tape, or if its on one of your limbs, you can wrap it and use either a rubber band or just tape the plastic. Simple, cheap, but makes a great cover! Have used it for all three of mine, and got the idea from the artist that did my tattoos.
