To ACTUALLY answer the question, the underbelly is considered a major weakness. Theories include softer, smaller, or a complete lack of scales in that area. Another weakness is the eyes, which, obviously, have no armor at all. Always be weary though the use of Fire moves from such Dragons. Using a Dragon move from a Dragon can also have it's draw backs.
