when you open your hood, the fuse box is on the passenger side inder the hood to the left of the serpentine belt. Unscrew and take cover off. The left fan fuse is the grey square fuse, and the right fan fuse is the right square fuse directly across from the left one. If you take out any of these fuses while the fans are running you'll find they will shut off. If one fan is running more faster than the other one, you might have to replace one, or the fuse directly below the right fan fuse.
