You need to be more specific about which stamp. A lot of stamps were issued with Hitler on them. If you could narrow it down a bit, like how much it is worth, the colour, is there a border, background etc.

Depends. Is it used, Is it in good condition so on so on. Most it could sell would be about $3 if it was in perfect unused condition.

A series of Italian stamps were issued with Hitler and Mussolini's portraits. They range in price between .45c to 1.75 for mint, excellent shape. Used ones are about the same price.
