Not so much in actual inches, but it is drizzling from october to the fourth of july. Literally every day in winter, but once or twice in april there will be a nice day, maybe 1 or two in may, and 2 or 3 in june. So in inches, the Portland area will get about 35 inches, but some winters the sun actually never seen, due to how gray the clouds make the area, people from there love the climate, foreigners hate it.

I think Oregon gets about 55-60 in. of rain a year.

The annual rainfall is about 27.55 inches, but the rain is a constants drizzle 10 months a year as opposed to 50 inches of rain in a month like Louisiana or Alabama.
