The U.S. has thousands and thousands of zip codes. Each U.S. state has at least a few hundred zip codes. New York City alone, for example, has 200 zip codes.

Please ask another question and specify an exact address or cross street, including city and state.

If you are referring to one or both of the American continents (North America or South America) then, each continent probably has at least a million zip codes. Again, you must specify an exact address or cross street, including city, state and/or country.

There is no single postal code for all of America. Instead, postal codes, usually called zip codes, are broken down by region, state, city, and section of the city or county.
