Bilbo is hired by 13 dwarves as a thief or burglar, as well as to make the party 14 rather than 13.
The wizard who helps the dwarves in their quest is named Gandalf. He plays a crucial role in J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Hobbit," guiding and assisting the group led by Thorin Oakenshield as they seek to reclaim their homeland from the dragon Smaug. Gandalf's wisdom and magical abilities prove vital throughout their journey.
I think that his life goal is to complete the quest with the dwarves...maybe?
The dwarves' quest is to recover the hoard

Bilbo is the burglar of the group, and it is his job to go and investigate the scene. In regards to the central themes: heroism, wisdom and nobility we can add the complexities of a noble thief: is this an oxymoron? And in terms of heroes it is ironic that the dwarves were sacked after rather timidly relegating the dirty-work to Bilbo. Do not expect this to change. As far as character-development goes, Bilbo is the central focus. He is growing into Gandalf's glowing pronouncement and the dwarves are‹for now, at least‹being themselves.
saved them from the spiders
A share in Smaug's treasure and adventure.
All thirteen of the dwarves, followed by a chuckling Gandalf.

The Free Realms Gloam is where Shrouded Glade is under attack by Drahk's evil army and you have to chose between Dwarves and Druids to save Shrouded Glade (if you choose the druid's side and do their quest you'll move on to Dwarves quest)
Yes, the wizard(Gandalf) likes Bilbo very much. It is by the will of Gandalf that Bilbo comes along with the dwarves for the quest. His concern for Bilbo can be seen when all the dwarves come out from goblin's cave but Bilbo remains behind. Gandalf continues to visit Bilbo even after the end of dwarves quest.
