Advantages of living in a village:

• there is peace and quiet and serenity - a calm and relaxed atmosphere
• plenty of open space and fresh air - countryside and gardens.
• not much traffic.
• cleaner air and more attractive scenery.
• better community spirit
• the cost of living is low as people get their food straight away from their farms
• more fruits and vegetables grown there

Disadvantages of living in a village:

• lack of infrastructure
• less transportation facilities
• fewer medical facilities or options
• fewer social facilities
• fewer services

Mainly the people of the village live in unity and peace. The villagers earn money very hard and earn money enough for live. So they live less competition with each other. So they can reach a good position. They have more friends in the community since it is small. The village people always try to protect their traditional habits and culture. The village has clean air and the environment is very beautiful. The village has less noise and rush. So the pollution is less. The village has not lot of vehicles. So roads are less dangerous for driving cycling. They can get fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. The environment of the village is pleasant and silent and it has scenic beauty

There are far more advantages than most people can imagine:

-Learning that hard work is not the enemy

-Can have a good work-out just doing chores and other necessary jobs on the farm; no need to drive to the gym every day or second day!

-Have to pay far more attention to Mother Nature in terms of weather and changes of the seasons than you would in the cities

-Gain hands-on experience dealing with different types of machinery and livestock

-No need to worry about next-door neighbors gawking at you to see what you are doing today, as many rural neighbors keep to their own except when their help is needed by another neighbor

-Ability to care for animals that are prohibited from being raised in an urban environment like cattle, horses, pigs, goats, sheep, etc.

-Very little concrete to deal with!

-Ability to see the stars at night

-No real influence of the hustle-and-bustle of the city; can pretty much do things your own way the way you like & when you like

-You always have something to do every day

-No day is the same on a farm/ranch (for some people this can be a disadvantage though)

-You get to see much more variety of plant and animal life than you would in the city or suburbs

-Ability to have your own garden and fruit groves, tame or wild

-Privacy is a blessing when on the farm (closest neighbors can be a 1/4, 1/2 or 1 mile away)

-Rural areas tend to experience far less voilence and homicidal and traffic-related deaths than in the cities

-Hardly need to worry about detouring around construction sites in rural areas because they can be a rarity in themselves

-No tall buildings around; the tallest buildings you'll see in a rural area is those tall silos on a neighboring dairy farm

-Gain a deeper respect for the environment, Mother Nature and the Earth than you would in the Concrete Jungle.
