Cigarettes are Much worse, The nicotine in cigarettes get you addicted much quicker, and also can cause lung cancer, and U CAN DIE!! but you also have to think about COPD, some cases get so bad that you have to get a hole in your neck so that you can breath.... But on the other hand Marijuanna is used as a pain killer, even in some hospitals, its called medical marijuanna, but its just plain marijuanna, and only bad thing it really does is cause you to lose small portions of your brain cells, sooo which ones worse, DIEING, or losing some of those braincells you barely use anyway???
