"Worse" is a subjective measure, and there is no answer for this. ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder can be a difficult condition to live with. Adding Hyperactivity Disorder to it only makes it worse. Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder is a completely different matter and bears no comparison to ADD or ADHD.
My son has Aspergers Syndrome (a form of autism), he also has OCD and ADHD. It was relatively easy to deal with ADHD when he was a child because there are some good medications to help. The ADHD has become less of a concern as he is now 29 (there is no school to deal with). OCD is extremely different from one person to the next; his is moderate (counting constantly using motions of fingers and toes). He is not even aware that he is counting. The OCD does not inhibit his daily activities. The autism is the hardest to deal with because it is so pervasive (it affects all aspects of life). We cannot make changes to the house, schedules, etc. without it throwing him off. The Christmas holidays are terrible because the change in music on the radio, change in TV programming, displays changing in stores, putting up a Christmas tree and decorations are all something he has to deal with. Christmas usually results in severe depression. This is the hardest for the family as a whole to deal with. Medication is somewhat helpful but there are also some bad side effects. Hope this helps.
Usually you are born with autism adhd and ocd , But peopel with autism also tend to have adhd and ocd
Trouble speaking can be part of ADD ADHD and Autism, and a lot more. ADD and ADHD both have do to with Stuttering, not really trouble speaking. Autism can affect speech. ADD is an attention disorder, ADHD is like ADD, but often more activity. OCD is an anxiety disorder where people struggle with obsessions, and act on them through compulsions. Now days ADD and ADHD are interchangeable. I have ADD and OCD.
about 50%
No. They are both neurological disorders, however autism is characterized by impaired social interaction and communication. Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) is characterized by inattention, lethargy, disorganization, procrastination, forgetfulness, and easy distractedness.
Both can be medicated and both can be helped by a psychologist and or psychiatrist.
Dyslexia is something that you are born with, like OCD, ADD, or ADHD, therefore, there is no prevention.
ADD is a depreciated term for attention-deficit disorder. More appropriately, ADHD is used meaning attention-deficit hyperactivity-disorder. There are three subtypes of ADHD: predominately inattentive, predominately hyperactive, or a combination. It depends on the strengths of each disease and how old you are. ADHD is really bad for young people like teens because they could not focus well.
I don't know what hitting has to do with ADHD, but look at "difference between ADD and OCD"
Yes. Having cancer, Heart Murmurs, Autism and ADHD is independent of drinking water.
Usually a high iq they way an ADHD brain thinks is from lots of different angles not too sure about OCD, but obsessing compulsively over stuff might mean you spend a lot of time double checking lol
17% of all kids have developmental issues, 1 in 91 kids have autism, the rate for ADHD is higher, I know alot of people that are bi-polar, add, ocd, autism, I dont know how mant people in the world have absolutely NO, development, mental, social, disorders, problems, or issues, but i bet the normal people may be the majority.
