Why does a rabbit have diareah?

She could be overhydrated. This happens easily in rabbits. If she is drinking water and getting a lot of fruits, vegetables, or live grass (if she's outside) she may get overhydrated and her poop will get softer.

If the rabbit has an illness, and you do not wash your hands, it can potentially be passed. This is the same with any animal. If the rabbit is not sick, and it is living in clean conditions, this is not an issue. All the same, you should always wash your hands after handling animals.
