healthy and fit

Lately i have been feeling a bit unusual. I could describe it as dizzy i feel like i am in auto drive, like time passes very quickly but feels unnatural, but i dont know what has caused it, or if im just making things up in my head. The closest time that i can pinpoint it starting was the start of august 2009. I dont like flying, and we went on holiday. I got quite worked up about it, that was around the time i started to feel unusual. Some family members have high blood pressure and some low, im too scared to go to our GP, so looked online but found no answers.

Ive thought of everything, mental issues, physical issues but i cant find anything.

Please could you help? Please can people be sensible with their answers rather than"your going mad"
