I was looking at Simplx.com. I called them several times the same day:
a. At opening their time
b. At mid day their time
c. At closing time their time
No body ever answered. I left name/cell and no return call.
I looked at their office hours. Very limited (M-T 10/4, F 10/1).
I filled in their on-line form only to find they request 19.95 just to look at their program.
I was intrigued at their statement of having the largest inventory of dropshippers. I must admit for such a Big company, their hours are limited, their response is lacking and their upfront fees are less than attractive. If you are a client of theirs, how in the world do you expect good service? They certainly do not project a friendly and helpful environment to a newbie to their company.
I guess the jury is still out, but it doesn't look good!
