Their were 2 keys to the Soviet Victory at the Battle of Stalingrad. The first one is that the Soviets were able to destroy the German logistical resource system for the people who were trapped in the city of Stalingrad. The second one was the actual destruction of the German 6th Army, which had a dramatic effect onto the morals of both the Germans in a negative way and towards the USSR in a positive manner.
