Unless it is a really old school I think most schools have gotten rid of boilers, at least here in CA. I know my school heating system was connected to a satellite that sent the message to turn on/ turn off, hot or cold to the computer in my school. My bet is that many schools are on this type of system now.
they don't. I went thru 2 elementary schools, and i never had a photoshop experience, or even knew what it was.

At schools, cliques sometimes will consolidate.
High schools have lockers because students have many books that they must take to each class, and need to store the ones not currently in use. However, elementary school students often are in one or two classrooms throughout the day and store their books in their assigned desks instead.
