You are only describing a color (which is either spangled or black mottled).
There are many breeds that could have the color "spangled" or "black mottled". The know the breed of the chicken, you most certainly would have to have a description of the chicken, or even better a picture of it.
There are several breeds a black and white hen could be.
Marans, Barred Rock, Silver laced Wyandotte are three such breeds. Any of these breeds or cross breeds of these could produce black and white "spotted" chickens.
