There is no Gelatin in Mott's fruit snacks. Corn starch and pectin are the thickeners.

INGREDIENTS: fruit juice blend, corn syrup, sugar, modified corn starch. Contains 2% or less of: fruit pectin, citric acid, vitamin c, dextrose, sodium citrate, vegetable and fruit juice for color, malic acid, sunflower oil, potassium citrate, natural flavor carnauba wax.
