It really depends on fields. In my view the 3 most important math fields that are important in computer science are: Discrete maths - Set theory, logic, combinatorics Number theory - Vital in cryptography and security. Geometry and Matrices - Game theory etc.
i dont know? the way you help people by doing the stuff thjey need to with computeers?(edited by ayoth13) Sometimes math is needed to program computers as the basis for a computer's actions is math-- processes are based on math. Therefore, without a good amount of math training you might not be able to understand computer science.
In my opinion, science is good because you need to know math to solve equations. Hence, you need both.
Yes. I am not very good at math having struggled mightily to complete Calculus II, but have done rather well at programming. In my 30 years with computers I have seen that most software engineers and programmers use high level math rather seldom. There are many fields that need both high level math and computer science, but there are even more than require the ability to construct a logical flow where math is not involve at all.
they relate because thaey all need to be used to do science
The kind of degree oyu need is a bachalors degree in math and science

Math, science- physics, chemist, computer science and art would also be a plus.

In order to do science you need math. In order to do math you need to know science.
I think so. I do know that you need science but math I'm not sure about.

you need to have training in cooking. you need education in science math and have good command of language- not a lot but hard to master!!
To be a computer engineer you have to know math be able t work and love what you do.Add. And as in most of science, you must enjoy solving puzzles.
Your best choice will be either Computer Science or a degree in Information Technology. The IT degree will be easier, as Computer Science often involves complicated programming courses.
Yes.
