They mainly eat deer meat, or zebra meat which is their favorite. They're carnivores, so they would eat any meat. Lions may attempt to chase away another animal for their hunt and are mostly successful. If you come across a lion and feed it any type of meat, that would be the wrong thing to do. Once they've eaten, they'll want more and expect meat from every human. If they don't get it, they kill for the meat. But otherwise, they would eat any killed meaty animal.
