Muscovy Ducks like them. I'm sure any bird bigger than a sparrow would like them too.

Quite right. Muscovies are surprisingly fierce ducks. They look very slow, but they will snatch a fly out of the air. Even sparrows will eat small grasshoppers when they are feeding their babies, that need meaty food to help them grow.

All kinds of animals that can catch them eat grasshoppers, although some kinds of grasshoppers (In a family called the Pyrgomorphidae ) give off smelly, poisonous froth when you hurt them, so not may things will try to eat them. Not twice anyway.

But ordinary grasshoppers get eaten by insect-eating birds, shrews, some kinds of mice and rats, monkeys, mantids, lizards, toads, even some snakes sometimes, lucky fish if a grasshopper happen to fall in the water, and so on.

Then there are special kinds of flies, wasps, beetles and some other insects that will lay their eggs where their young can eat a grasshopper.

Oh, and many people will eat grasshoppers, when there is a swarm of large ones called locusts that clear the land of crops and leave little else to eat.

Are mice herborvores?

Mice, believe it or not, are opportunistic omnivores. Typically, their diet is mostly fiber, grain, and fruits and veggies. However, when food is short, mice have been known to eat leftover meat and in some breeds (typically wild), will eat their own tail. The Grasshopper Mouse is strictly carnivorous; it eats grasshoppers, various insects, spiders, scorpions, and even other mice. It is the only mouse of its kind.
