Ok, what are the three different soil types? You are trying to plant in? What are their ph, NPK,CEC,organic content?
More information is needed to give an accurate answer.
if you are doing three different soils you will find out that soil has the nutrients that a plant needs to grow. that cold water can freeze the seeds so it won't grow
Cone flowers, scientific nameEchinacea, does well just about anywhere. They are commonly planted from USDA hardiness zones 3 through10. Pensacola is in zone 8. Plant them in average soils with full sun to part shade. They do tolerate hot, dry situations but prefer average to moderate garden moisture. And yes they are perennial in Pensacola.
The parental plants must be heterozygous. If you cross two heterozygous plants, Aa x Aa, you will have three different possibilities for the offspring (AA, Aa, and AA). If Aa were pink flowers, the resulting blue flowers must have the genotype AA, or the recessive homozygous state.actually this particular plant produces different colour flowers in different pH soil, I'm not sure but i think the blue ones are in acidic soil and the pink ones in alkaline. something to do with aluminum uptake. Mcgrumpy would know.
A poppy seed is planted about 2 inches below the top of the soil, and watered when the soil is dry. A poppy flower is planted by digging a hole the general size of the roots, and alternate soils while filling in the gaps.
yes because it has to be healthy the soil
i think it should be enhanced because of the Styrofoam
Red cabbage can change color depending on the pH of its environment, turning red in acidic conditions and blue or green in alkaline conditions. Hydrangea flowers also change color based on soil pH, with acidic soils producing blue flowers and alkaline soils producing pink flowers. Bougainvillea flowers can also change color in response to soil pH levels, with more acidic soils leading to redder flowers and more alkaline soils producing pinker shades.
There are many varieties of pine trees. I'll assume we are talking about the White Pine; most popular in the temperate zone. They like well drained, slightly acidic, moderately fertile soils, planted in full sun. Stay away from heavy clay soils. Or if planted in heavy clay soils plant the tree in a mound above the adjacent finished grades to provide better drainage away from the root system. Most pines will do best with these conditions.
Ash supplies potash, an essential plant nutrient. Ash is good for acidic soils not for alkaline soils. Forest soils are usually acidic. Some plants do well in acidic soils others do well in alkaline soils. Figure out what soil you have and what you plan to plant and look up to see what they like.
You can plant the Grenache , red wine grapes in San Joaquin Valley. Also, in the vast Riverland region, in Greek Islands, in Priorit soils, in Northern Spain, and also in Central Spain.
It can. This is best illustrated by the hydrangea's flowers which are pink in alkaline soils and blue in acid soils.
they choose the plant which will grow best in their soil, different soils have differnet ph's so grow different plants differently
