I assume the question refers to the episode where the crew helped a moron house-sitter who had convinced an equally clueless beach bimbo that he owned the house he was taking care of. When she was kidnapped based on his supposed wealth, she had to be rescued. As to the gun, it was an older model (Russian) Makarov, part of the real homeowner's collection, which Fiona noticed while consoling the moron. At the end of the episode, the homeowner either sold or gifted the gun to the moron, who gave it to Michael as payment. Finally, Michael gave it to Fiona as a special gift
