Its different for alot of teams, you can wear ankle or like little bigger ones so they dont rub ur foot

First off you dont know anything about Basketball the Nike Elite basketball socks are the best socks you can get and they look cool

Not at all, only in formal situation otherwise it is just your choice. Either way it will look as good, just different, hence the exception about office, marriage etc. I think they can be extremely comfortable with bare feet, but only if they fit on your foot like a glove. :)

In a girls opinion, I would wear ankle socks.

I'm a boy and I agree, ankle socks look better, if you are wearing shorts, as they don't cover your leg. Otherwise it doesn't matter how long your socks are. If you wear trousers or jeans, who sees your legs? So you will wear your socks as high or low on your legs as you need, depending on the temperature. bye

Varying colors even if not over the top colors like yellow orange, I like dark blue, emerald and dark gree darkish purple and red, not the bright shades of these color and definitely not white. In winter i wear thick knee socks. In fall, spring and summer i wear them with shorter and light ankle socks, sometimes with shorts in summer, with which i avoid dark red socks. But I don't need socks everyday in summer so I often go bare foot with them.
