Radial symmetry as an adult. All adult echinoderms (which includes sea urchins) have radial symmetry. Although its ancestors and larvae form are bilaterally symmetrical and additionally, under the phylum Deuterosomes they are considered bilaterians because they evolved from bilateral ancestor. But remember the sea urchin larvae is bilaterally symmetric.
