Voluntary muscles are all the muscles you use vouluntarilly, or by your own decision. This includes anything you choose to move, such as your arm, leg, etc. Involuntary muscles are muscles that work on their own like the heart and lungs. The third kind is smooth muscle tissue that makes up internal organs. :)
