In the original series he transformed into a size changing Walther pistol with a scope. In the movie he transforms into a Cybertronian Jet (an ambiguous engine and wing combination that he uses just to get around. He's not really any vehicle we know of.) In the second movie, he adopts treads from a minion and can turn into a cybertronian tank (again not really a "real" tank, just a form that he uses to move about.)
