That's actually up for debate. The only official language of Uzbekistan is Uzbek (a large population speaks Tajik, though), so that should be the most spoken language. However, there was a report issued in 2003 saying that over half the population could speak Russian, so that may have actually eclipsed Uzbek, at least in a second-language capacity.
