What can you do your mom kicked you out and she has the papers you need to go to school and on top of that she lives in Wisconsin and you have never met your dad?

You need some legal advise. Call the Police! -------------- If you are in school now, check with a guidance counselor or a trusted teacher. You can also call the Legal Aid Society, if there is one where you are. Depending on what documents you need, you may be able to get them, or legal copies of them, elsewhere.
