well, you can get groudon in the origin cave in sootropolis but you can get Reggi's caves open if you have relicanth and wailmer.you also get mew, mewtwo, Latia's, Latia's, kyogre, dialga and palkia,darkari etc............. but only with the action replay or game shark.
NOTE: mew is only obtained through Nintendo special events held in Minneapolis

∙ 13y agoIn Pokemon Ruby you can catch Groudon and Rayquaza, for Pokemon Saphire you can catch Kyogre and Rayquaza. As for Pokemon Emerald the 3rd sequel to the heonn region you can catch all 3!
