Well if you haven't gone after Moltres, Zapdos, or Artacuno you can go after them. Moltres is on the first island at the top of Mt. Ember. Zapdos is in the power plant around the rock tunnel. And Artacuno is in the Ice Cave on the left. You can also help Bills friend Celio out and get the ruby and sapphire and go after Mewtwo.
