One of the saltiest water bodies in the world, the sea supports no life. The reason exactly is: The high salt content causes osmosis to occur on a huge scale. Osmosis means the number of water molecules outside of something and the number of water molecules inside of something has to be the equal. Since there is "more salt, less water" outside of the fish and "less salt, more water" inside of the fish, the Dead Sea literally draws water out of fish the fish, killing it. Same principle with plants. The salt content draws excess water and puffiness out of the person's body relieving some of the pain from inflammation. If we were to stay in it too long the same thing that happens to the fish would happen to us. Also the Dead Sea contains many minerals that we absorb. These minerals can cause some health benefits. During rainy seasons, the water is diluted, dropping the overall salt content. Once the salt content is dropped, the Dead Sea springs to life with bacteria. Normally the Dead Sea does have some bacteria in it. The high salt content also causes people to easily float in the water. (Same concepts apply to the Great Salt Lake.)
There are living organisms in the dead sea. They are archaebacteria. They are halophiles you will find them in the harshest conditions on Earth.
Yes, but no fish due to the dead sea's very high sodium content.
Nothing lives in the dead sea. That's why it's named the dead sea ..
There are no animals in the dead sea, because there is a high salt content. There are also no plants living in the dead sea.
There is no living micro organism in the deadsea because the water cannot keep the organism living.
Because the Dead Sea is so extremely salty, virtually nothing can live in it. However, a few types of bacteria and algae are known to survive in its waters.

Yes, all sponges are living things. Sea sponges are living things. Bathroom sponges have been dead dried and cut into shape
the dead sea scrolls!!
the dead sea scrolls were found in the mountain side caves of the dead sea
Dead Sea - between Israel, the West Bank, and Jordan.
living things: fish, plankton, coral, seaweed, any organism non-living things: water, salt, rocks, litter, mud, sand
Sponge, Fish, Sharks, Octopus, Coral and MUCH MUCH more
The Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 11 cave chambers along the Dead Sea in large jars.
Because it is full of dissolved salt which makes the density of things lighter, and therefore makes them float.
They are living things.
salt water is found in the sea. Saltwater can also be called brine.
