After he took her on his favorite coaster he walked her home, right? I mean, he may be a scientist, but he still has manners. On the way to her house they were attacked by rabid sheep. Einstein, protecting his girlfriend from the monstrous beast, jumped in front of his lady friend. They(rabid sheep) went straight for his head knowing this would be his prize possession. they didn't get to the flesh but they did mess up his hair forever. That is most likely how he got stuck with permanent bad hair days.
