I believe it's 6M H2S04. Concentrated H2S04 is 18M and 98% H2S04. So you would need to dilute the concentrate x3 with distilled H2O and always remember to add acid to water

What is the highest molarity of an acid?

The highest molarity an acid can have is a concentration of 18.0 M for hydrochloric acid (HCl) in water at room temperature. However, concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4) can have a molarity of 18.4 M.

Why you use titration?

Titration is used to determine the concentration of a solution by reacting it with a solution of known concentration. It is commonly used in chemistry labs to accurately measure the amount of a substance in a sample. Titration is a precise and reliable method that allows for quantitative analysis of various compounds.

What is normality of sulfuric acid when molarity is 4m?

The normality of sulfuric acid is 8N when the molarity is 4M because sulfuric acid is a diprotic acid, meaning it can donate two moles of protons per molecule. Since normality is the equivalent concentration of a compound, it is double the molarity for a diprotic acid like sulfuric acid.

What is the difference between a concentration and a dilute?

A concentrated acid has more acid than water and a dilute acid has more water than acid. True facts, otherwise known as its molarity. The greater the molarity the more concentrated it is (moles of acid/ liter of solution)

What is the molarity of a strong acid solution with a pH of 2?

The molarity of a strong acid solution with a pH of 2 is 0.01 M. This is because the pH of a solution is equal to the negative logarithm of the hydrogen ion concentration ([H+]). In this case, the [H+] is 0.01 M.
