Check out the 1987 release, Monster Squad. Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, Wolfman, The Mummy... they're all there. Might be a little scary for younger kids. You can find it on imdb.com for more info.
maybe its Twilight or Twilight Saga

Some younger kids. I know of a lot of them that were scared of the movie
YESSS
Bear in mind, it is in some quarters a juvenilization of Frankenstein, and true to type the artificial Lad does get into trouble.
The real Dracula (Vlad Tepes III) - yes (Mihnea cel Rău for one) The fictional Dracula - it is never revealed.
Frankenstein
then the kids a lycan
"It might be the movie The Gate." No, it's a different movie. The monsters are like classic movie monsters. For example the kids read a page on Dracula and he manifests.(Just FYI it isn't Monster Squad either.)
No one can become a werewolf, they are entirely fictional.
no they can only have kids with another werewolf
If a vampire and a werewolf had kids, they would just become hybrids. This would either cause them to die at birth, due to having all the weaknesses, or live and have all the advantages.
Werewolf-ism is a rare trait through out the Quilute tribe, only Quilute kids get it if they were born with the trait. Leah was born with it.
Pretty sure it was "Toonsylvania".
