There are no muscles in arteries.

Arterioles have muscles which can close them, but which has no normal flow control. (Used is stress/shock conditions only)

Capillaries have a muscle which can stop all flow through it - it responds to oxygen pressure and is the ultimate control of blood flow.

Why does blood move faster through your capillaries?

Blood does not move faster through the capillaries. Blood flow is slowest in the capillaries.

What transfers heat energy in the blood?

Blood is primarily warmed through conduction, a process in which heat is transferred through direct contact. As the blood passes through the capillaries inside the muscles and internal organs, it is heated through conduction by the warmer surrounding tissues..The warm blood then passes through the capillaries in the skin and the alveoli of the lungs. These tissues are usually cooler because one surface of the tissue is in contact with the air. Consequently, the blood cools as it passes through these capillaries..The body regulates the core temperature by constantly adjusting the flow of blood through the muscles and organs (especially the liver) to control the rate of heat transfer from those tissues into the blood, and also by managing the flow of the blood through the skin to control the rate of heat transfer from the blood into the cooler skin tissue.

Are composed of smooth muscles that encircle the entrances ti capillaries and thus can control the distribution of blood within tissues?

Precapillary sphincter

How do alveolar and capillaries work together to provide the muscles with oxygen?

as it moves through blood vessels capillaries in the alveoli walls, your blood takes oxygen from the alveoli and gives off carbon dioxide to the alveoli

Are Capillaries muscles nerves or blood vessels?

they are blood vessels

How many musucles does the body have?

Your body has thousands upon thousands of muscles. The commonest are tiny sphincter muscles on the arterioles, which control the blood flow into the capillaries, and into the venules (which are the tiniest veins).
