Many muscles are involved in throwing a Dodge Ball. Your back muscles, all of your arm muscles and some of your stomach muscles. Even muscles from your legs may be used depending on how hard you are throwing it.
In some ways in tennis i may help you hit the ball harder. same with baseball or you may be able to throw the ball harder.
Your muscles help perform a volley ball serve or skill by transferring your muscles' energies from your body into the ball, causing it to fly to the other side. It involves mostly hand, arm, and back muscles.
An exercise ball can be used to develop many different muscle groups. Placing one hand on an exercise ball while doing a push up will help develop the pectorial and latimus dorsi muscles. Doing a crunch while seated on an exercise ball will help develop oblique muscles.
it give them excersise
they help show whether the ball went out for a corner kick or throw in
Quadriceps - strong thigh muscles help you run fast, and get power when you shoot the ball Hamstrings - help you run fast Core abdominals - a strong core will improve your overall strength, making it harder for you to be jostled off the ball
Almost all of them :) you use your arms to throw, and you legs to help you throw. Keep your back straight though...you dont want to pull a muscle!
A balance ball is a great new way to help you balance. Balancing on a ball will strenghen your inner core and make your ab muscles stronger and leaner.

The key muscles are those used for jumping, and striking the ball. For jumping, mostly quads, hamstrings, glutes and lower back. Also calves and smaller muscles in feet. Squats and plyometric jumping can help improve your jump. For striking the ball, mainly the shoulder muscles, also abs/core and lats, for pulling the arm over and down to strike the ball. Dumbell raises can help this. Flexibility is very important too. Most players who hit the ball hard end up with shoulder problems, if they don't warm up and stretch the shoulder muscles regularly.
Shoulder muscles are used when throwing a football. They give the arm support and are needed during the actual throw. In the throwing motion the triceps and biceps are used. The core muscles are used to help the thrower stay balanced.
i think that basketball does help your mucles because bouncing the ball and running back and forth on the court helps your mucles grow
