As the title says, I'd like to know the raw materials of those kind of devices. Mainly, I'm intrested in the metals used.
I think some of the possibilities are Indium, Lithium, Cobalt, Cadmiun, Tantalum, Silicon. But I'm not sure about any of them and I'm sure there are a lot more by the way.
