Acetylcholine
Acetylcholine is the excitatory neurotransmitter released by neurons innervating skeletal muscles. Acetylcholine release stimulates muscle contraction by acting at the nicotinic-acetylcholine receptor on the surface of the muscle cell.
The nutrient that is not digested but stimulates intestinal muscle contractions is fiber. Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that may be soluble or insoluble.
Nicotien or anything chemical which stimulates the Nicotinic receptors.

the muscles and the bone work together and attached
Yes, because of the short refractory period of skeletal muscle (compared to cardiac muscle), skeletal muscle can be restimulated before the muscle is completely relaxed. If repeated enough times, the contractions fuse together i.e. they become tetanised.
Skeletal muscles rely on contractions to move the bone they are attached to so it is contract and relax

acetylcholine as far as i know is a neurotransmitter that ativates the mscle cells.
