Why is noodles a good source of carbohydrates?

Noodles are not a good source of carbohydrates! THEY ARE THE WORST SOURCE OF CARBOHYDRATES especially if you are trying to cut down your body fat. They are simply sugars which have been highly processed and left devoid of nutrients. They will be absorbed really fast into your bloodstream causing your insulin to spike which consequently results in more storage of fat. Also they are really high in fat- of the worst kind. Not essential fats. Hydrogenated fats are your body's worst enemy. So noodles are a bad source of carbohydrates. Try more nutrient dense source of carbohydrates like brown rice, 100% natural oats, yams or sweet potatoes. These do not just simply fill you up but are very nutrient dense. They are your friends when it comes to fat loss. I would not recommend for anybody to eat noodles unless they were starving and noodles were the only thing around. Or if you do like them eat them only occasionally as a treat
