The Nissan TD 27 diesel engine has an engine oil capacity of nine gallons. Nissan recommends that the oil be changed every 12,000 miles.
For general power use: oil pan capacity is approx. 27 liters oil filter capacity is 4 to 4.5 liters For construction machinery use: oil pan capacity is approx. 25 liters oil filter capacity is 4 to 4.5 liters

If you have to add oil to the fuel, it is a 2-cycle engine. If you have to add oil through a filler spout into the crankcase, it is a 4-cycle engine.
it takes 27 litres of oil, also make sure that you use half synthetic and half brake fluid. happy wrenching :)
Best bet is a good synthetic xxW50 grade such as Mobil-1 15W50. Per the Buell XBike owners manual... Always use the proper grade of oil for the lowest temperature expected before the next scheduled oil change. Refer to Recommended Engine Oils. Your authorized dealer has the proper oil to suit your requirements. If it is necessary to add oil and Harley-Davidson oil is not available, use an oil certified for diesel engines. Acceptable diesel engine oil designations include: CF-4, CG-4, CH-4 and CI-4. The preferred viscosities for the conventional diesel engine oils in descending order are: 20W50, 15W50, 15W40 and 10W40.

Socket 24 and for the oil filter socket 27. Jack and jack stands prove to be very helpful. Make sure u use the right viscosity oil grade.
This was found in the operators manual for their pressure washers which can be found at (and there is a neat graph that shows oil type and temp. in the manual) http://www.briggsandstratton.com/maint_repair/manual_and_more/docsearch.aspx?modellookfor=020388 Oil Oil Recommendations We recommend the use of Briggs & Stratton Warranty Certified oils for best performance. Other high-quality detergent oils are acceptable if classified for service SF, SG, SH, SJ or higher. DO NOT use special additives. Outdoor temperatures determine the proper oil viscosity for the engine. Use the chart to select the best viscosity for the outdoor temperature range expected. * Below 40°F (4°C) the use of SAE 30 will result in hard starting. ** Above 80°F (27°C) the use of 10W30 may cause increased oil consumption. Check oil level more frequently. NOTE: Synthetic oil meeting ILSAC GF-2, API certification mark and API service symbol with "SJ/CF ENERGY CONSERVING" or higher, is an acceptable oil at all temperatures. Use of synthetic oil does not alter required oil change intervals.
