5w30 or 10w30
for my 2000 Chevy Venture I use DexCool. It is the ONLY one recommended by GM.
Refer to your owners manual, it will tell you what type of oil and how much oil to add. Of you lost your manual just use google it works just as good, believe me.
About 25 Gallons. It's Huge!
5w30
Was built with Dexcool. A lot of people switch to green.
Hi, Standard "Regular" grade gasoline should work just fine for this vehicle.
Use SAE 5w-30 weight oil.
5w30 in the winter or 10w30 in the summer.
just use a minus scre driver and slide thru the interior cover, it will snap off the body.
It depends on your climate but in most cases it would take 5W-30.
Dexron III
98 Venture engine oil specificationhave tne same year venture, owner's manual says:SAE 5W-30 is best for your vehicle, However you can use 10W-30 if it is going to be 0 degrees F. or above. also use only oil with the starburst symbol which means it has been certified by the American Petroleum Institute i have a 2000 venture warner bros package and i use only mobil 1 filter and i have 102000 miles and then i use fully senthetic mobil one oil 10w40 with a quart of lucas fully senthetic oil stabilizer. it has never run better as far as no dry starts, it never clicks or taps..now it does cost a little bit more but you don't have to change your oil as offten.the extended proformance oil is recommended to change only every 15,000 miles as aposed to every 3 or 4 thousand miles. so you do the homework and decide how you want to treat your engine.
