You can use any type of oil, for example, olive, almond, jojoba, for crayon lipstick.
To make lipstick out of crayons you will need a crayon, oil (any kind), shea butter (optinal), carmex, and glitter is optional. Put in microwave for 1 - 2 minutes; stir a few times. If you want to make it on the stove, you can use a small sauce pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Pour into a container and let cool.

This is not a formula, but a better way to use lipstick without using it.. hm, that didn't make sense.. anyways.. for lipstick you should use crayons.. I suggest Crayola!
