Yes it is. Methadone is often sold to people other than the user. So it is 100% necessary to include methadone on the list of drugs they test for to make sure that you are taking it. Reckktt benckiser is the make of the brand name Suboxone and Subutex. I know of 2 other companies that make buprenorphine and buprenorphine with naloxone...those companies are Teva and Roxanne pharmaceuticals. I do not know if there are other generic makers.

Testing for Methadone assures that patients are taking their medications because most people that are taking Methadone are on a previous medication that is causing the withdrawal alot of Methadone users will sell the drug to get their drug of choice. Also they want to make sure the user is not abusing the drug by taking too much.

First off, I have no clue why you would want to take methadone and suboxone together. They both do the same thing. The problem is that they are different synthetic opiates and act differently in your body. Suboxone has opiate-blocking properties so it would block out the methadone anyway and clog your opioid receptors. Taking both medications together is just pointless as both will make the other not work. Just stick with either one individually. But to answer your question, there is no drug that will help with the mixing of subuxone and methadone.
