These are the concentrations of gasses in the atomosphere:
Nitrogen------78.08%
Oxygen------20.95%
Water------0 to 4%
Argon--------0.93%
Carbon Dioxide------0.036%
Neon-----0.0018%
Helium----0.0005%
Methane--0.00017%
Hydrogen--0.00005%
Nitrous Oxide--0.00003%
Ozone--0.00004%
However the higher you go in the atmosphere the higher the concentration of oxygen.
Nitrogen and oxygen
nitrogen and water vapor
The Mantle. It has the largest volume.
Oxygen
Oxygen, now about 20% of the atmosphere, was not part of the original atmosphere of hthe Earth. It was produced by plants, after life developed.
The atmosphere of the Earth is a gas, not a liquid, and although it does contain oxygen, that is just one part of the atmosphere, which is mostly nitrogen.
Nitrogen and oxygen
centre part of earth mostly made iron
The reaction equation is: 2H2 + O2 = 2H2O So one need two volume part of hydrogen and one volume part of oxygen to form water.
The Crust.
Oxygen is necessary for most organisms to carry out their life functions.

The Earth's Inner Core. -AskMe1996
Oxygen is important because us humans have to breath and our brain have to function.
Oxygen 65% Carnon 18% Water, mostly.
The Mantle. It has the largest volume.
3/4 because the world is mostly made of water.Land is mostly 1/2. Arctic is mostly 1/4.
