In the old Bohr Theory of how atoms were constructed the electrons omitted the nucleus of the atom lake a tiny planetary system. Modern theory have done away with this image replacing it with probability cloud where electrons are most likely to be. They don't move around the nucleus they just are more likely to be near it in specific locations
