It depends if you want a plan or not. I know that phones without plans (designated to be a prepaid phone) you can get them for about $100 at Rogers. Those phones include cameras, as you want, and have a touch screen plus a slide out QWERTY keypad.
Some of the phones are:
LG Neon GT350 http://www.rogers.com/web/link/wirelessBuyFlow?forwardTo=PhoneThenPlan&productType=normal&productId_Detailed=GT350BLKRPG&N=52+11+4294948623
LG Xenon (GR500) http://www.rogers.com/web/link/wirelessBuyFlow?forwardTo=PhoneThenPlan&productType=normal&productId_Detailed=GR500RBLKRPG&N=52+11+4294948623
Samsung Corby http://www.rogers.com/web/link/wirelessBuyFlow?forwardTo=PhoneThenPlan&productType=normal&productId_Detailed=B3410BLKRPR&N=52+11+4294948623
These phones, in my opinion, are a nicer option compared to some of the other choices listed on the Rogers website.
If you want a plan, however, there is a wide variety of phones available (such as BlackBerries, Androids, et cetera).
I know at Virgin Mobile that they have a lot of great deals for phones. There is the LG Eclypse, which isn't too bad if it's prepaid (only $150 excluding tax) http://www.virginmobile.ca/en/phones/phone-details.html?model=eclypse&colour=Black
This is a very nice phone, but since it's not designated to be Pay-As-You-Go and if you get it prepaid, it might cost you more.
Hope I helped!
No cost at all!
it has a very simple system. it does not take much to make it
You can purchase a relatively cheap priced camera bag from Nikon from several online retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Argos, Littlewoods, Very and John Lewis.
Kodak is a well known camera. They have cameras that will fit most needs and price ranges. You should be able to find the exact camera you need.
If you are in the market for an slr camera, you should have no problem at Best Buy. The staff is the very best at helping make a decision on one camera or the other based on what your needs are.
Verizon offers a very good service of long distance calling and is very cheap.
Cheap cell phone batteries can be very unreliable. They make not be compatible with the phone that you are using or they may have already been used which means that the battery life is already not at 100% right from the very start of when you purchased it.
Phone cameras just do not have super high quality. The lens is very primitive and very little shutter control is available. The best advice is to have good lighting, then decent quality photos can be taken.
Mabey becaus Copper is very cheap.
Cricket and Vonage are both cell phone services within a very low price range and have acceptable coverage. Tracphones are also very cheap, you pay for your minutes when you need them.
LG smart is a very good phone with 8 megapixel camera. I wish I could have this kind of phone.
The company that has very cheap family cell phone plans is T-Mobile. However the drawback to these cheap plans include poor quality phones and limited coverage area.
