Sort of. Jupiter is mostly composed of hydrogen, which is normally a gas. However, due to the immense pressure in Jupiter's interior, most of the hydrogen is not in a gasous state. As you go deeper into Jupiter, the gas transitions into a supercritical fluid, a state of matter that is not definitively liquid or gas. Deeper still you get a degenerate state of matter known as liquid metallic hydrogen.

Yes. The impact of the comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 into Jupiter's atmosphere revealed that the deeper layers contain a surprising amount of sulfur.

No planet is made of carbon dioxide and sulfuric acid. Venus has a very dense atmosphere of carbon dioxide with clouds of sulfuric acid. The planet itself is made mostly of rock.

What planet has a dens e carbon dioxide atmosphere and high temperatures?

That would be Venus. Its dense carbon dioxide atmosphere traps heat using the "greenhouse effect", making the temperatures so high that the surface of the planet is soft and melted.
