Obviously earth is one of them but for now there are many other planets, un-found and unexplored that may contain life, like planet x, or maybe its y but it is definitely one of them, that one planet may contain life, but the gravity pressure is too high for us to possibly explore and live the trip. But there are definitely other planets out there, as there has been recent talk on the news about a comet found that contained dust that have the key ingredients to life. But one thing is for sure, We are not alone, Something out there wants to know us, to meet us, and my reply to them is, God speed, We would like to know you as much as you want to know us.
I REALLY hope the first answer was a joke. Earth is the only planet in our Solar System known to have life. Pluto was demoted to Dwarf Planet because of its irregular (eccentric or elliptical) orbit around the sun. Its small size was also a factor.
Earth - the only known planet to have life in our solar system.
Currently, only planet Earth has confirmed living organisms, but there are many scientists and other groups actively looking for and theorizing about the possibility of life on other planets.
We only know of one such planet so far and that planet is Earth.
"Biosphere" means sphere of life.
Only the earth has a biosphere.
Earth
Because they are like other life planets they might be able to produce more life when Earth explodes.
So far, mankind has not discovered any life on other planets, let alone intelligent life. There's barely any intelligent life on this planet!!!
what molecule do scientists look for when they are investigsating the possibility of life on other planets
No one actually found any human life on any other planets yet, but there is known to be some plant life out on mars.
They least resemble rocky planets like Venus Earth and Mars, particularly they least resemble planets that we would consider as possible life sustaining planets.
Space astronauts went to the planets to be sure there is no life on planets
NO- People have found water on other planets but there is no life there.
There are several books that deal with life on other planets. Some titles include Is There Life on Other Planets by Gregory Vogt, and The Mystery of Life on Other Planets by Chris Oxlade.
Life on Other Planets was created in 2001-10.
There is life on other planets. Imagine, there are 1000 planets in the Universe for every grain of sand on the earth. That's how many planets there are, so scientifically, the chance that there must be life on other planets as well is much greater than the chance that there is no life.
What is the reason that life is less likely on the outermost planets compared to the innermost planets
Emanuel Swedenborg is the author of Life on Other Planets
Yes, only on the Earth. We don't know if the other planets have life
i think that yes there so can be life on other planets because among 100,000 planets ours is the only one with life on it. x<Laura>x
Earth's scientist have not found life on other planets to date.
There are probably a billion stars in our galaxy, and probably a billion galaxies in the universe. We already know what there are planets orbiting many other stars; if there are planets around only 1% of the stars, that's still 100 billion planets. If only 1% of those planets are habitable, that's a billion habitable planets. If only 1% of those planets HAVE life, that's 10 million planets with life. If only 1% of the planets that have life have highly-developed life forms, then there are 100,000 planets with highly developed life forms. If only 1% of those planets have intelligent life, that's still 1,000 planets in the universe that have intelligent life; "aliens". We have NO IDEA if there are any other planets that have life, or intelligent life in the universe, or if those aliens - if any exist - might be willing or able to communicate with us. But I would like to think so.
We cannot say if life exists on other planets or not. We are trying to work it out.Just because there is no evidence does not mean that there is no life on other planets. We are trying to work out the answer but the answer maybe, YES.
