more than 80% of the pressure. they see magizines, pitures movies, of all these skinney, fancy dressed teens and feel pressured to look like that.
Teenagers often develop a negative body image due to a combination of social pressures, media portrayals of idealized bodies, and peer comparisons. Social media platforms can amplify unrealistic standards, making it easy for teens to feel inadequate. Additionally, hormonal changes during adolescence can contribute to heightened self-consciousness about their appearance. This mix of factors can lead to feelings of dissatisfaction and insecurity regarding their bodies.
A bit of rebellion..
You can have teens talk to other young teens from around the world through the social media.
Sweet and innocent teens are generally unheard of, the current media buzzwords are 'edgy' 'in your face' and 'flirty'. The popularity of innocence in the media is sadly very low. The wording of your question is vague but if you want an example of a teen 'celeb' with a clean image who is setting a good example for girls, then Emma Watson is a pretty good shout.
Teens are still learning about life and who they are and therefore are unusually influenced by what they see and hear in the media. As they grow up, they learn to filter what is good and bad about what they are seeing, and most stop emulating the bad behavior that is presented to them through the media.

in my opinion the media plays a great role in what today's teens become. the most common way is our body image, we all want to be thin and slender, no matter how dangerous it may be. secondly it doesn't tell us the consequences of actions yet it glorifies these actions, examples drug abuse, partying, etc. by trying to depict what is done by the celebrities we go against our religion.. no matter what religion we believe in...!
yes it is true
