I have been recently wondering the same thing, but I believe that the line was: It's delightful, it's delicious, it's de-sugar free. I believe that the product may also have been "de-lemon lime". Regardless, the commercial was adapting Cole Porter's song, "It's De-lovely". Edit -- I remember this commercial. As a kid, I loved the little round dancing yellow and green "dots" singing "It's de-lemon, its de-lime, its sugar-free" It was either a Sprite or a 7-Up commercial.
